A phenomenal collection of Youtube shorts have been submitted to the Guggenheim Youtube Playlist competition.( http://www.youtube.com/play )
The opening clip on the Youtube page is a promo for the shortlist "biennial", after which you can select any of the shortlist contenders. 23,000 submissions were received from 91 countries. 25 winners will be chosen from the current shortlist of 125, and will be live streamed from the Guggenheim beginning October 21st
Students and teachers, in graphic arts, video and television programs and animation would find this interesting.
