"A California high-school math teacher is hoping to reach additional students by posting more than 500 of his videotaped classroom lessons on YouTube. Robb also gives his students the opportunity to preview his lessons on YouTube through computers or iPod Touch devices in the classroom."

Forward this link to Algebra and Calculus teachers in your school.

Fun way to introduce the library: Scaredy Squirrel

This is a fun project that could be done using iMovie and some pictures taken in the library.
See Mary's explanantion and Youtube link below:

"This year I wanted to try a fresh approach to the rules and procedures portion of library orientation.
Some students and I made a 5 minute multimedia presentation using Photo Story 3, a free download from Microsoft.
Scaredy Squirrel is too scared to come into the library.  Maybe we can convince him that there are procedures that will keep the library safe and inviting!"

"In Bflat site" - improvised Music - via Youtube

This site allows the visitor to click on any of the short video clips to create a "jam session" in the key of B flat. This could be a great project for a Music Composotion and Technology class to recreate, or even used as a way to illustrate musical improvisation for students.
Try it yourself, and forward this to your music teacher!

Read the FAQ for more info on the project
