A monthly, running tally of how many are using social media
Is social media really the "big thing" it is made out to be? Read this post to get a sense of the sheer volume of users involved in the various apps, services and sites... ie Facebook, with 1.06 billion monthly active users...
"Here is my monthly, running tally of how many people are using some of the top social media, services and mobile apps updated for April 2013 (the best I could find, at least). A couple of recent updates of note include YouTube's 1 billion unique monthly users and Rovio's (Angry Birds) 1.7 billion downloads.
